Hi I’m Neil one of the founders of Kinect Health and I believe that movement and freedom of movement coupled with strength are two of the main key attributes in helping people to become the very best version of themselves.
As a Trainer and Therapist I have seen over the years that the way in which our physical health is attained often completely bypasses the normal foundations of physical being. Heart health has taken too much of the press and is greatly overused in my opinion plus it’s highly over mediated. People are out jogging or weightlifting for health and fitness when they don’t possess enough hip and ankle mobility/stability for instance, which then leads them down the path to chronic pain and dysfunction.
Have you ever felt that during a training session you’re just getting beaten up and that you are actually trying to survive that session, rather than enjoying the experience, becoming stronger and nourishing your physical and mental well being? If you simply are of the mentality that you just want to get beasted in a training session then perhaps you should question your mindset or go join the army!
You are only as good as your foundations and I will help you to find the weak links in order to build you back up into something way beyond what your current regime is giving you. It’s like discovering new things about your body for the first time and then BAM! that lightbulb goes off in your head because actually you knew all along you were stronger, fitter, and faster right?
You have to commit and do the hard work in order to regain your lost real self and hopefully with me by your side as your guide. I can show you the door right? but you have to go through, yes?
My ideal clients are usually people that have tried everything else, and it’s just not hitting the sweet spot. Whether that’s rehabbing from orthopedic surgery, general standard physical health, or performance related strength and conditioning for competitions. I work at the highest athletic levels and with all kinds people of all ages and from all walks of life.
You really pay me when we get the results, through sheer hard work, sweat and tears, that’s why I do what I do, for you. You’ve heard the saying don’t cheat the system? if you do you pay for it, one way or another, but if you work with it the world’s your oyster.
