The membership program

The membership program is the culmination of years of experience working with thousands of people from all walks of life. People just like you. In this time, we noticed that the individuals who made the most progress and reached their goals, did so over an average of 8-12 sessions over a 3 month time-frame. These people really committed both in time and money to invest in their health. After all, better health equals a better future for you!

We wanted to set up a system that rewarded this type of thinking by reducing the costs and giving additional privileges.

Why would we do this? It does mean us losing money after all

The answer is simple. Because we love working with people who are as committed to achieving their goals as we are! Some people view spending money on their health as a ‘nag’ and a unwanted expense. Others appreciate that they only have one body for life, and realise our help is an investment in their future. We want to work with the latter…

Refunds: PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY

If you have signed up to the foundation Program you may be entitled to a refund. Please note that refunds are only possible if requested with the first 30 days following your first session.

Please note:

All sessions part of a program are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How refunds are calculated

The discounted rate you received on the multi session packages only apply if you finish the program. Refunds therefor are calculated on a pro-rata rate, based on the cost of individual sessions. I.E. £140 / hour for follow ups,  and £250 fir the assessment.

Example

So if you have completed 3/8 sessions plus a 90 minute Assessment, you refund would be calculated as follows.

Total cost = £250 for the assessment, plus 3 x £140 for the individual sessions = £420. Total cost = £670

Refund amount = £950 – £670 = £270
