Refunds: PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY
If you have signed up to the foundation Program you may be entitled to a refund. Please note that refunds are only possible if requested with the first 30 days following your first session.
Please note: All sessions part of a program are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
How refunds are calculated
The discounted rate you received on the multi session packages only apply if you finish the program. Refunds therefor are calculated on a pro-rata rate, based on the cost of individual sessions. I.E. £140 / hour for follow ups, and £250 fir the assessment.
Example
So if you have completed 3/8 sessions plus a 90 minute Assessment, you refund would be calculated as follows.
Total cost = £250 for the assessment, plus 3 x £140 for the individual sessions = £420. Total cost = £670
Refund amount = £950 – £670 = £280
