90/90 seated is one of those great assessment positions that really tells you a lot about people's hips. So may people struggle to sit comfortably in this position, which is a shame because if you asked a random group of kids to sit like this, it's doubtful it any would struggle. We firmly believe in trying to get back to moving like humans we're preselected to do so! Get make some time and get your 90/90 on!

Get the basics right.
We're amazed how many people struggle with what's 'perceived' as basic movements. The truth is basic doesn't necessarily mean it's easy to do, it means that EVRRYONE should be able to do them! Take the time get them right and build a good foundation for success.

BODY AWARENESS
We find far too many people don't have enough awareness or perception of how their body moves or feels. One of the biggest aspects to rehabilitating someone is helping them reconnect to their body!
With your neck being the focus explore all the available motions, look up / down, left / right, perform controlled articulate rotations, can you shift your head side to side? Place a finger on the side of your neck, can you 'bow' your neck into your finger? Are there any pain or pinch points? reduced ROM?, or sticky spots?
This is absolutely critical if you sufferer with neck stiffness, but also important for everyone... it time to everyone to reconnect to their body and improve body awareness.
