It’s great that you’re thinking about making an appointment with us. You’re already taking your first steps towards reaching your goals. This page is to help you understand the process for making appointments with us, and what to expect from them.

Pre screening
We want to make sure that you’re a right fit for Kinect Health. We pride ourselves on the results we get and the life changing skills / knowledge our clients develop over the course of a programme. This does however require a certain level of commitment, drive and trust in order to succeed.
